5 Days Tanzania Family Safari

ITENARY (DAY TO DAY)

DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

As you walk out of Kilimanjaro International Airport, your personal guide greets you with a big smile:  The guide takes you straight to your hotel, where you can relax and take in the African atmosphere. The next day your guide takes you on an exclusive, private safari that allows you to travel at your own pace.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

You will be picked up in the morning and after a short briefing, you will head off in the direction of Tarangire National Park. The park, with its savannah, baobab trees, and seasonal swamps, is home to huge elephant herds. Animals gather at the life-giving Tarangire River and you should see a selection of mammals ranging from giraffe, bushbuck and hartebeest to zebra and warthog. The park is also home to buffalo, zebra and wildebeest, which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are seen now and then, but cheetahs are rarely spotted. From the open roof of the safari vehicle, you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the animals. In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and head to the Marera Valley Lodge where you will spend the night

DAY 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After the breakfast plates have been cleared, you will continue toward the fertile highland where wheat, coffee and corn are grown by the Iraqw people. Passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be able to see the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Travel onward to the Serengeti National Park which you will reach by midday. The Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania, with a diversity of landscapes and habitats. It includes grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannah and mountains. Here, the biggest wildebeest and zebra migration takes place and depending on the season, you will have the opportunity to witness thousands of animals in their search for nourishment. You will spend the night in the Seronera area in Central Serengeti at Angata Serengeti

DAY 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast you will do a game drive in Serengeti National Park With your lunch box following the animal Migration at the Northern Serengeti where the migration will be, you will be able to see wildebeest, zebra, a topi hartebeest, eland, antelope, hyena, varieties of birds singing on the trees also viewing beauty of landscape and nature,After having your lunch You will continue with game view in Serengeti heading to the gate of Serengeti to check out of Serengeti National Park, after there you will proceed with game on route heading to ngorongoro Crater

Overnight: Angata Ngorongoro

DAY 5: NGORONGORO CRATER

After breakfast, descend into the crater with lunch box enjoying the game drive for more than six hours. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard crater floor

After a picnic lunch you will have a game drive there after in the late afternoon you will drive back to Arusha Town.
